The location is central. It made getting around very easy.
The minibar prices were excessive. I also found the room cleaning inconsistent. One day towels weren't replaced (not very nice).

the breakfast buffet provided an expansive selection of options. the room service was prompt, with orders arriving quickly. the location allowed easy access to nearby stores and museums.
the minibar refrigerator made unpleasant noises intermittently.

convenient central stay
central train station friendly staff complimentary water great location
the hotel is very close to the central train station. the staff were friendly and helpful . the lobby provided complimentary water, which i found thoughtful. the location is great, it is only footsteps from centraal station.
My room faced an irish pub and was noisy. Earplugs were required to sleep. fortunately, the hotel provided them.
